Black Bean zuppa di cavolo

Può essere Memorial Day Weekend e tutti sono in attesa di un pranzo all'aperto, ma il tempo è un washout. Piove a dirotto e qui fa freddo!! E 'sicuramente una giornata zuppa.

Black Bean zuppa di cavolo

2 cucchiaino. olio di canola

1 cipolla, chopped

3 gambi di sedano, chopped

3 carote grandi, chopped

3 spicchi di aglio, chopped

½ lb. fresh green beans, tips removed, tagliato in pezzi da 1 pollice

½ head of cabbage, sliced or shredded

1-15 oz. può dadini i pomodori

2 dadi da brodo vegetale

1 Tbs. cumino

1 Tbs. coriandolo

1-15 oz. può fagioli neri, sciacquati e scolati

6-8 cups of water or vegetable broth

Heat the oil in a large stockpot. Add the onion and cook under medium heat until tender, circa 5 minuti. Add the celery and carrots and cook about 5 minutes until the vegetables soften a bit.

Aggiungere l'aglio, the green beans and the cabbage to the pot. Mix everything together well and let cook for 2 minuti.


Add the tomatoes to the pot and mix to coat all the vegetables. Add the bouillon cubes and the spices. Add the beans and 6-8 cups of broth or water, depending how much soup you want to make. I usually use 8 cups and make a big stockpot of the soup Mix well. Portate il brodo a ebollizione. Allora cover the pot most of the way and let it cook on low heat for about 30-40 minuti.

      omitted green beans though…. didnt have any
