Vegan Education

When I began my vegan journey, I read a lot of books and watched a lot of videos. Educating yourself to the facts is essential to making your vegan journey as easy and as successful as possible. The following are a list of books, videos, publications, web sites and other resources that I personally found helpful and whole-heartedly endorse. Of course, there are many more resources available but I can only endorse what I, myself, have personally experienced.
